For starters, I strongly advice to create a playlist with a minimum amount of subliminal audios. Subliminal affirmations are all about transforming your past beliefs into new ones that support your desire β so taking in tons of different, new beliefs might be a little hard to process for your subconscious mind. This doesn’t mean that a playlist with over 100+ subliminals doesn’t work, though! It’s most important to do the thing that feels best for you.
How long you should listen to a subliminal
This entirely depends on your own personal preference. There is actually no limit to how many times or how long you should listen to subliminal affirmations.
Listening for hours or even overnight is entirely possible and effective, since you’re constantly repeating and impressing your subconscious mind with your intention (beware of getting too overwhelmed, like mentioned before), but this is by no means necessary. Listening once a day can just be as effective as listening for hours β it’s most important you stay consistent and impress your subconscious every single day until you have reached your goals. Listening once daily is far more effective than listening for hours once a week.
Importance of repetition
Repetition is one of the most important things when it comes down to effectively using subliminals. With endless repetition, we are able to learn new things, form new habits and of course, use subliminals to their highest potential.
Transforming your past beliefs and/or forming a new habit often takes time (and some inner work), depending on your current state of mind and what you want to achieve. Have a hard time believing, feel undeserving of what you want or are you worrying too much about results?
Then expect to do some inner work first and to be consistent for a while. If your conscious mind (your thoughts, feelings and beliefs when you are awake, simply put) is constantly fighting your desire in waking life, even subliminal affirmations are going to have a hard time changing that. This entirely depends on the individual, their beliefs and what they are trying to achieve. Most people notice or experience results after 1 month of listening, but this timeframe can easily vary.
A person that is financially well off probably has a lot higher chance of getting that 2000K manifested into reality then a person that has been struggling to pay the bills and is constantly worrying about money. This is because of inner beliefs and perspective. For the rich individual, manifesting 100 dollars would be a “small manifestation”, while for many other individuals it would already be a “big manifestation”.
Being aware of how you perceive and think about certain things plays a big role when it comes down to the “speed” of your desire being manifested into reality. When your thoughts, emotions and beliefs are all in perfect alignment with what you want, your desire has no choice but to manifest.
